#PEChat Summary: TGfU

One of the features of the new #pechat format is a follow up blog post that will provide readers with a summary of the chat, some of the main ideas presented during the chat, and an opportunity to elaborate on the chat. This is only the second of these new #pechat summaries and feedback would be greatly appreciated (in the form of comments below) to help us make sure that these posts are as informative and useful as possible.
