#PEChat Summary: English Language Learners
by Joey Feith
One of the features of the new #pechat format is a follow up blog post that will provide readers with a summary of the chat, some of the main ideas presented during the chat, and an opportunity to elaborate on the chat. This is only the second of these new #pechat summaries and feedback would be greatly appreciated (in the form of comments below) to help us make sure that these posts are as informative and useful as possible.
#PEChat Highlights and Themes
1. In your opinion, what challenges do English language learners (ELL) present to teachers in physed class?
2. What current tools/strategies can physical educators use to better serve ELL in physed class?
3. What new tools would you like to have access to in order to better serve ELL in your physed classes?
Keep The Discussion Going!
You can keep the discussion going by replying, retweeting, or favouriting any of the above embedded tweets, or by leaving your thoughts, ideas, and opinions on the flipped classroom model in physical education in the comments below!
